Rockview will support you to manage complex health and medical conditions. Complex or life-limiting medical conditions require more intensive care and advanced support if you, or a loved one, wish to remain at home. Access to complex care provides a valuable service to help support independent living for you, or a loved one.We can provide services for the following:Tracheostomy, Oxygen Therapy, Complex Bowel Management, Ileostomy (Stoma/Colostomy)PEG, JEJ and NG feeding, Non-Invasive Ventilation and Neurological conditions.

Hospital Discharge
Dedicated to your independence
We understand that following hospital stay everybody needs time to recover when returning home. At Rockview, we offer support with care required following surgery or treatment for an illness. During the recovery period our experienced staff will assist with rehabilitation and offer expert care and advice. Live-in care can be provided if greater assistance is needed.
